SEKIO EXCELLENCE SK5 is a coffee roaster for coffee, nuts, cereals or any other natural roast product, without any added as sugar or salt.
With a capacity of up to 5 kg per toast, about 20 kg per hour, depending on the size, density and moisture content of the product, as well as the preferred roasting point of the roasted coffee. Each cycle lasts between 12 and 15 minutes.
Its maintenance is very simple. In addition, we are at your disposal in our after-sales service to accompany you in any questions you have and to teach you our know-how.
It is the ideal machine for gourmet coffeeroasting, both for your own business and for selling to the final customer an exquisite coffee that they will consume at home every day. This design of Sekio coffee roasters is robust and innovative. We offer two models, one of industrial style and another one computarised with digital touch screen.
Our own oven-dried electrostatic powder coating department is supported by the international company TIGER COATINGS GmbH and allows you to choose your colour from the RAL chart.

It has a samplespoon to check the degree of roasting in any moment withoutbreakingtheprocess.
The inside of the drum has bladestostir the coffee beans.
The energyefficiency of our equipment is higher compared to others. This is thanks to its infraredceramicresistors, as well as the temperature control (PID) with which we achieve the exact temperature, avoiding unnecessary and undesirable excess energy, which makes our roasters the only ones on the market with this highlyefficientsystem reagarding the concentration of heat.
Our machines can also operate with gas.
The temperature of each roast can be easily adjusted.
It has an accuratetemperaturedetectionsystem, shown in the screen. Two sensors measure the temperature inside the drum. One of them shows the grades on a retro analog thermometer for industrial aesthetics reasons.
It has a fan thatcoolstheinside of the machine, extracting heat from the electric box and the engine, in order to keep the temperature constant.
In addition, it has two extractors. One of them, extracts the remains of husk that has not fallen by gravity and smoke. The other extracts the heat from the roasted coffee to cool it.
The roasted coffee beans fall into a basket with blades that cools the coffee in 4-5 minutes.
Thecoffeehusks fall by gravity into a compartment that can be opened to get them out, so that the coffee beans come out completely clean.
Everything that is in contact with food complies with the EuropeanFoodRegulations, as well as MachinerySafety and is manufactured with food stainlesssteel 304 UNE-EN ISO 1672, "Machinery for food processing, basic concepts and hygiene requirements", Directive 2006/42/EC (R.D. 1644/2008) on safety in machinery.
The hopper of the machine is built in 304 polishedstainlesssteel.
